영어공부 혼자하기  - 비지니스 영어 - 프로젝트 관리 

비지니스영어 수업 가능 학원을 방문해서 주요 교재를 살펴봤는데 관리자급 영어는 Advanced level이고

한 달 동안 약 10회 정도의 수업을 들을 때 30~40만 원 선 정도 하더라고요.

전화영어는 효과가 크지 않고 적극적으로 수업자료 컨트롤이 어려워 1:1 과외 형태로 받는 수업을 알아봐서

그런지 가격이 상당히 부담이 됩니다.

어느 정도 영어 실력이 갖춰진 상태에서 1:1 수업을 하는 것이 더 효과적이라는 생각이 들었습니다.

 

그럼 영어공부 혼자하기 비지니스 영어 대화에서 유용한 표현 공부하기에 대해 알아보도록 하겠습니다.

비지니스 영어교재

서점에 가서 비지니스 영어교재를 살펴보았는데 비지니스 영어가 해당 산업이 어디냐에 따라 사용하는 용어

들이 많이 다르기 때문에 교재는 정말 general 한 내용을 다룰 수밖에 없는 것 같습니다.

교재의 상당 부분이 정확한 답변보다는 질문이 있고 답변은 빈칸인 경우가 많았고

사용하면 좋은 이디엄들은 있었지만 제가 사용하고 싶은 industry에 관한 대화는 많지 않았어요.

비지니스 영어 패턴과 관련된 책에서 눈을 돌려 writing과 발음 교정과 관련된 책만 구매하고 왔습니다.

( 산 책들은 일주일 공부해 본 후에 내용 정리해볼게요)

미국인 네이티브만 쓰는 영어 표현과 관련된 책도 사고 싶었지만 비싸기도 하고 지금 산 책 본 후에 구매하려고

합니다.

 

오늘의 영어 공부 Project management - user Testing launch

기업에서 앱을 출시해서 사용자 테스트를 하고자 할 때 어떻게 매니징 하는지에 대한 상황들이 나와있어

정리해보고자 합니다.

 

혼자서 영어 공부 하기 - 영어 단어 표현

대화형태로 듣기를 할 수 있고 스크립트도 제공되어서 좋아요

 

1. Looks like everyone’s here Jill, so… I think we’re good to go.

     : Good to go: ready to begin

       “Sure I can help you Dan… I just need to finish up a couple of things and I’ll be good to go.”

 

 

 

 

 

2. You’re the test group for the Route Builder features. We’ll be tracking your usage so we can see how you’re working with the software. And we’ll have some questions about specific aspects of the software. Then, once the testing is finished, we’ll have you complete a feedback survey. Sound good so far?

1) As you use the app, we’ll track what you do and then ask you a set of questions.
2) Everyone’s going to be assigned a workstation and a task list.
3) In the first stage of the test, we want you to work through the account set-up process.
4) We’re going to give you a quick lesson, then you’ll have a chance to use the software yourself.

3. Great, now I’m going to get you to log in soon, but I just want everyone to remember that at this stage, we’re focused on the interface, navigation, and notifications.

1) This test is all about how you find, access, and share information.
2) In this round of testing, we want to see how well the app integrates with your current system.
3) We’re going to ask you specifically about the gameplay and rewards system.
4) Our focus is going to be on any errors or other problems you notice.

 

4. So, now, for this test, you all have user accounts already, so just launch the program from your desktop… for those of you on computers… and just tap the icon if you’re on a mobile or a tablet… and then sign in.

Let’s try a bit of practice on giving clear and direct instructions.

1) You should start by selecting the online mode from the home screen.
2) Please just type something into the search bar and hit enter.
3) Now you can try entering your debits and credits in the correct column.
4) Once you’re finished, please save your work.

Let’s start with the office folks. Across the top, you’ll see menus for current routes, new routes, driver info, and customers. And right at the bottom, you should see a map, with your HQ right in the middle there…

How else can we give an overview of features? 

1) After you log in, you need to select either “new workspace” or “edit workspace.”
2) All your color choices are on the left, and the different drawing tools are on the right.
3) Right there on the home screen you’ll find accounts, transfers, and deposits.
4) In the menu, you’ll see options for scans, results, and reports.

Great. Now the really important thing here is that you do your check-in at every route stop. That means updating your status and checking general alerts. The office folks need your updates to do their work.

There are many other ways to emphasize a really important idea. 

1) One thing you have to remember is that your account will only be active for three days.
2) Please don’t forget to log out when you’ve finished your session.
3) It’s really important that you complete the survey as soon as you are done.
4) Remember everyone, this is not about the design – we’re just looking at how the app functions.

오늘 공부한 유용한 표현들과 대화 내용을 따라 읽다 보니 2시간이 금방 지나갔습니다.

IT 용어도 섞여 있고 서베이나 테스트할 때 사용할 수 있는 안내하고 설명하는 표현들이 많아서

여러 번 반복해서 읽었어요.
